Wet n Wild Gray's Anatomy Over Sinful Black on Black

It's been so long! Sorry I haven't been posting but September has got me feeling less like myself. I promise next week will be better.
I have tons of new polishes I need to try, I am going to try not to buy anything else until the holiday lines come out. I want a few OPI a few China Glaze and lots of others lol. I will say what I have bought lately have been awesome bargains. My dad bought me a huge basket of polish from garage sales last weekend, some real winners. Also I got some good stuff from TJ Maxx and Big Lots. So I have plenty of untrieds I need to get through. The problem is that I am going to our state fair tomorrow and they always have a booth selling Konad and I really want to buy it this year. But I should probably just wait for Christmas and ask for it then.
Anyways onto the polish. This is something I wore a few weeks ago when I was really craving something dark. This is so pretty, I did one coat Gelous, one coat Black on Black (my go to black cream). One coat Gray's Anatomy and a top coat of Seche Vite. Enjoy and have a great weekend!

Nicole by OPI Fanatical Fuchsia

I am having a very tired Monday so this is gonna be short and sweet.
I only have one NOPI (Nicole by OPI) but every time I wear this I realize I need more. Such a pretty pink duo chrome. This is my mom's favorite color in my collection she says it looks like grape jelly on her toes.
Started with a coat of Gelous two coats Fanatical Fuchsia and one coat of Seche Vite.
This is one of my oldest polishes but I think it's still easy to find.

What do you think of my new rounded tips?

Old China Glaze

My Dad goes to garage sales most Saturdays and I asked him to pick me up nail polish if he ever comes across something interesting, this is one he found. He found three bottles of this all together but they don't look like they are full. It is an oooold China Glaze called Indian Ocean.
This is one coat Gelous two coats Indian Ocean and one coat Seche Vite. This formula was super smelly but very easy to put on, I think it may be the old formula. I had application issues but probably my fault more than the polish. For how old it was it wasn't gloopy at all but I don't know if the previous owner added thinner or not.
It's dark blue with a light blue silky flash. It almost looks purple sometimes. I love it and I am soooo glad my Dad picks these interesting colors up for me.

Revlon Royal loves Sally Hansen HD LCD

This manicure is a new favorite. Yesterday's crackle was a HUGE fail, but this totally made up for it. I am in love with the color of Revlon Royal, it's so bright and a jelly (didn't realize this at first)!

I started with good ol Gelous then two coats of Revlon Royal (which applied like a dream). I did have to clean it up a bit but that was more human error than the polish. Royal is my first Revlon and I'm not disappointed. It won't be my last Revlon for sure.
Next I did a coat of Sally Hansen HD LCD. This is one of my favorite top coats to use. It's incredibly sheer so you need about 3 or 4 layers on its own to make it opaque, but layered over anything makes it magical.
Topped this off with Poshe. Mine needs to be replaced this weekend (barely any left). Had a little dry piece flake off the mouth of the bottle on my middle finger which gave me a dent, but still barely noticeable. Another good thing about Poshe is it hasn't gotten gloppy like some people said it can. Never had to use any thinner in it.
Hope you like this one as much as me.

Sorry for the lobster hands I could barely get the pink to flash on camera but it is much mornoticeable  irl

Sally Hansen Ink Splatter

For this manicure I still had Hard Candy Beetle on, but the tips shrank on me. I wasn't ready to take it off so I decided to try a new crackle I had. Sally Hansen Ink Splatter is a black crackle.
I almost didn't post this mani but I wanted to show how pretty beetle looks under the black crackle. Ugh! This mani was a bummer. I really love the way Beetle looks under the crackle. It flashes a really pretty magenta purple. It reminds me of lava even though its not the same color as lava I think it must be the black crackle on top reminds me of dried lava. The crackle was incredibly difficult to work with. The brush was bent and wonky and horribly stiff. I couldn't get it to flow over my nail the way it needs to. With crackle you only get one chance! Needless to say you can see just how bad it turned out. They were topped off with a coat of Poshe.

Purple and green flash. Also yucky messy lumpy MESS.

I really think if I had used a regular top coat instead of the fast dry this would have turned out much better.

Hard Candy Beetle

This color is so fun. I get in the mood for black a lot, but it just doesn't look good on me. So I use dark colors instead like grey or purple. In this case it satisfies my need to have something dark on my nails without looking too severe against my pasty white skin (curse of red hair).
I started with OPI Chip Skip, a coat of Gelous, two coats of Hard Candy Beetle and then Poshe!
Today is my daughters 4th birthday so we had a nail painting party first thing this morning. She went for Hard Candy Fabuluxe on her toes and Sinful Dream On on her tips. She is her Momma's girl. Already LOVES nail polish!

and that wonderful GOLD, this is the color I see most often.
